GUATEMALA
From the slopes of Chimaltenango at the foot of the Acatenango volcano comes a coffee that stands out for its intense character and purity of flavor. GUATEMALA beans cultivated in rich volcanic soil and processed using the washed method offer a rich flavor profile and full body. We have taken care to highlight in our glass the notes of chocolate, golden raisins and lemon that combine harmoniously and offer a tasteful balance. COSTA RICA
In the fertile valleys of COSTA RICA at an altitude of 1200 to 1800 meters, the Caturra and Catuai varieties are cultivated, known for their pure flavor and aromatic depth. The washed processing together with the tropical climate create a coffee with intense and high and lively acidity with a fruity aroma and full body, a complex combination of apricot, nectarine and delicate chocolate that creates a clean and sweet finish. Proof that every sip can take you on a journey where all it takes is passion to make it. just like we do at Baristi.

Bourbon
The Monte Alegre farm was already a traditional and well-known coffee producer in the South Minas Gerais region when the Vieira family acquired the property in 1917. Other crops were also grown on the farm, such as sugar cane, for the production of brown sugar and “rapandura”. The family’s main activities came from the Monte Alegre granulated sugar and alcohol factory and the Monte Alegre company, which was founded in 1990 to manage the family farms and explore coffee production, cattle farming, sugar cane and corn farming, among other activities.
Over time, the Monte Alegre company focused on specialty coffees, from which the identity of Monte Alegre Coffees emerged.
With the help of management certifications, it produces estate coffees with differentiated characteristics and flavors, with social responsibility and environmental protection in the main production area of Brazil. This Pulp Natural coffee is a single-varietal yellow Bourbon, well known for its rich body and round acidity. Dried on large terraces under the sun, the coffee is shaken and turned regularly to ensure uniform drying and a clean cup profile. One of the most famous coffees from the famous Fazenda Monte Alegre.
